Evomecs ist ein modular aufgebautes, browserbasiertes und durchgängiges Automationssystem. Aktuell wird es vor allem für die Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung im spanhebenden Bereich entwickelt, etwa für Werkzeug-, Modell- und Formenbaubetriebe. Die Struktur von Evomecs erfüllt bereits jetzt alle Anforderungen an ein Industrie-4.0-Produkt gemäß der Hightech-Strategie der Deutschen Bundesregierung. Somit können künftig auch kleine Betriebe an der 4. industriellen Revolution partizipieren.
Das System hilft nicht nur, die alltäglichen Herausforderungen in der Fertigung besser zu bewältigen – es kann auch dazu dienen, neue Entwicklungs- und Innovationspotentiale zu heben und zu nutzen. Daraus entsteht Sicherheit für die Zukunft.
Gemeinsam mit dem Team von Evomecs haben wir auf Basis der entwickelten technologischen Grundlage des Systems, das EVOMECS Control Center konzipiert und gestaltet. Mit dessen Hilfe lassen sich komplette Produktionsstätten auf einen Blick überwachen und das Geschehen in Echtzeit erfassen.
